Leadership Transition Announcement

Dear Friends of Lake City Partners,

I have accepted a new role with the King County Regional Homelessness Authority. It has been an honor to serve as Executive Director of Lake City Partners, and I am incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished together. We have a great leadership team guiding the transition to ensure a smooth handoff and continued momentum in our work.

Client Services Director, Thomas Burnside, will serve as Interim Executive Director as the Board considers the organization’s next chapter of leadership. With over a decade of experience in community behavioral health across King and Snohomish Counties — two of those years with LCP — Thomas has seen firsthand the complex challenges individuals face when navigating housing instability, mental health needs, and systemic barriers.

The Board and I are both confident in Thomas’s leadership and vision as we continue to grow and serve our community.
