How to Help with In-Kind Donations

We accept in-kind donations by appointment only so that we can ensure the proper supply of needed items as well as utilizing our limited storage space. Please email office@lakecitypartners.org to arrange your donation. You can also order items on our Amazon Wish List !

In-kind donations assist with hygiene, and health of our clients using the shelters and visitors to our GLA Day Center. They also assist with our Community Outreach Program‘s ability to start building trust with unhoused residents, the first step towards moving from tent to front door.

Clothes 

  • We no longer accept used clothes and encourage your donations to go to organizations who specialize in that work such as Goodwill, Deseret Industries in Shoreline or  St. Vincent de Paul  in Kenmore.

 Hygiene

  • Deodorant (Men’s and Women’s)
  • Toothpaste and/or tooth brushes
  • Toothbrush covers
  • Hair care supplies (brushes, combs, rubber bands)
  • Razors and/or Shaving cream
  • Lotion
  • Soap or body wash
  • Soap holders
  • Shampoo and/or conditioner
  • Travel-size hygiene items
  • Personal cleansing cloths/wet wipes
  • Mouthwash
  • First aid kits and supplies
  • Feminine pads and tampons
  • Face masks

Linens (new only)

  • Twin size sheets (Fitted and unfitted)
  • Twin size blankets
  • Twin size mattress covers
  • Pillows
  • Pillow cases
  • Shower towels, wash cloths, and hand towels

 Miscellaneous In-Kind

  • Backpacks & duffel bags (new only)
  • Sleeping bags & blankets (new only)
  • First aid kits and supplies
  • Tents and tarps
  • Notebooks, writing pads, pens
