In difficult times, LCP strives to do more for those in need. Here’s what we have been up to this year.

In 2026, Lake City Partners has worked hard to find ways to continue the important work of moving people from tent to front door. At Aurora Oaks we have have expanded shelter capacity at Aurora Oaks by approximately 15%. This is nearly an additional 3000 bed nights provided annually. The expanded shelter capacity is directly aimed at providing more private room shelter space to couples. This is the scarcest resource in the emergency shelter landscape. We now serve 33% more couples than we did in 2025. Aurora Oaks has a 98.4% shelter bed utilization rate in 2026.

At the GLA Day Center we have GLA has served 6500 clients in 2026 (this is not unique visitors) and provided 2800 showers the ability to complete 850 loads of laundry.

Our Assistance Points Sites have met with nearly 700 clients already this year. This has us on pace to surpass the 1,300 we met with last year (despite a reduction in service sites).

We have provided approximately $3000 in move-in assistance costs for clients to secure permanent housing and $7500 in Lyft rides to health and housing appointments.
